These general conditions of sale govern all relations between the company Dapper SARL, a company with a capital of € 7,500.00 whose registered office is located at 8 rue Adrien Dubouché, 87000 Limoges, France, registered with the R.C.S. of Limoges under The Number 852 001 551, VAT Number FR54852001551, hereinafter "Dapper", and the customers of the site www.dapperboutique.com.

Prior to any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions and expressly declares to accept them as soon as he clicks on the button "Place the order" and "Order with payment obligation".
Article 1: Special conditions of sale
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale set out on screen (name, price, quantity, color, particularities of the products, cost of services) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
Article 2: Validity of the order
The offer on the www.dapperboutique.com website is intended exclusively for individuals who have an address in metropolitan France.
Article 3: Registration and confirmation of the order
Dapper confirms receipt of an order by an email entitled "[Dapper] Order Confirmation".
However, the sale will only be concluded from the date of confirmation of the order by Dapper, in an e-mail entitled "[Dapper] Shipped", which will be sent to the customer no later than three working days after registration of the order, and this at the time of delivery of the order to the carrier.
Dapper reserves the right not to confirm an order, depending on the availability of the products, a problem concerning the delivery to be made, a dispute relating to a previous order, or an incomplete or abnormal payment on the part of the customer concerned.
In this case, Dapper will inform the customer no later than 5 working days after registration of the order, and will proceed without delay to the refund of the customer or to a request for additional information concerning the payment.
In case of unavailability of one of the products of an order, the rest of the available order is shipped.
Article 4: Price
The prices indicated are in euros. The billing currency of the order is in euros.
Dapper reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the rates in force that will have been indicated at the time of placing the order, subject to their availability on that date.
Article 5: Terms of payment and security
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by PayPal account. Payments by cheque and bank transfers are not accepted. Credit card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and never pass unencrypted over the network.
Payment is made directly to our bank. Dapper has no access to this contact information, and does not keep it on its servers.
Article 6: Retention of title
The products remain the property of Dapper until full receipt of the order.
Article 7: Terms and conditions of delivery
A maximum period of 3 working days after registration of the order may be necessary to ship the order.
The ordered product is shipped by postal circuit, via Colissimo or UPS to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
The costs of participating in the shipping of the order are free from 80 euros of purchase for Metropolitan France, and from 250 euros for Europe.
For any collection request in store, an email notification of availability of the order will be sent to the customer so that collection can then be made at the following address during the store's usual opening hours:

Approximate delivery times from the day of departure from our store are 2-3 working days for France, and 5-7 working days for other countries.
Article 8: Right of withdrawal
The customer has 15 clear days to return his package. If this period of 15 clear days normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.
Items may be refunded or exchanged provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the reason for the return. Under no circumstances should the items have been worn.
For all refund requests, the bank account or PayPal used when paying the amount of the returned item, will be recredited with the same amount.
In case of order of an item on sale or promotion, in private sales, or present in our Outlet section, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
In case of ordering the same product in two different sizes, in order to proceed with a test and return the product that is not suitable, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund. The customer is invited to contact Dapper before his order in order to check the cuts and measurements of the article in order to avoid any unnecessary transport of goods and returns.
Article 9: Provisions of the law "Informatique et Libertés"
Under this law, the customer has a right of access, rectification or opposition on the personal data collected concerning him. These rights can be exercised online in the "My Account" section or by email sent to contact@dapperboutique.com.
Article 10: Intellectual property
The customer is prohibited from copying or downloading all or part of the content of the site www.dapperboutique.com unless prior and express authorization of Dapper, which remains the sole owner of all intellectual property rights relating thereto.
Article 11: Applicable law
These general conditions of sale are subject to French law.
