Is it possible to return an item after an order?
Yes this is possible within 15 days after receipt of your package, and if you return your order in its original condition and packaging. All clothing, shoes, accessories or other products that have been worn in this way will not be accepted.
Only items returned in new condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by an email or a word on plain paper confirming the reason for the return, will be accepted.
The Colissimo return slip can be downloaded from your customer area. If you do not find this document please contact us as soon as possible on contact@dapperboutique.com.
In case of ordering the same product in two different sizes, in order to proceed with a trial and return the product that is not suitable, please note that the return costs will be deducted from your refund. We are an independent boutique and do not encourage this kind of fast-fashion practices. If you hesitate between two sizes, please contact us by email and we will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information and measures to help you in your choice, and to avoid any unnecessary transport of goods.
How do I return an item?
Please return your order in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery.
A Colissimo prepaid return label is available in your customer area. Simply tell us the reasons for the return and your choice between a refund or an exchange (subject to stocks) either by email or on plain paper, and stick the Colissimo prepaid label on your package and drop it off at the nearest post office.

If you wish to make an exchange with another item, and subject to available stocks, we will send you your new order within 5 working days after receipt of your return.
In the event of a refund, we will credit you your bank account or PayPal of the amount of the returned item(s) within 5 to 8 working days after receipt of your return. The transaction may take several days to be effective and available on your account depending on your bank, and the refund times related to our online payment module PayPal.
You can also make a return directly to our shop at 8 rue Adrien Dubouché, 87000 Limoges. You also have a period of 15 days from receipt of your order to do so and the same conditions above apply.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
For any order in Metropolitan France and for any item excluding sales, private sales and promotions the return costs are offered.
For sale items, promotions, private sales and our Outlet section the costs of returns are at your expense and will be deducted if necessary from your refund.
We advise you to return your order by Colissimo (counter-signature delivery and tracked package).
