How do I place an order?
Once you have made your choice of item, choose your size if any from the drop-down menu in the product sheet, then click on "Add to cart". A pop-up will then offer you to continue your purchases on the site, or to validate your order.
When you have completed your purchases, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page and let yourself be guided through the steps from the ordering process to payment. You can place an order as a guest or as a registered customer.
Once the order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. If you have not received anything within 1 hour, please check your "Junk Mail" or "Spam" folder in your mailbox, and if no email is present, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us at 05 19 56 61 72.
How do I know if an item is available?
The products on www.dapperboutique.com correspond to our availability. However, it may happen that, due to a computer error, a product presented as being in stock is actually no longer available. If this is the case you will be informed as soon as possible and your order will be cancelled and fully refunded,
From which countries is it possible to order on the site?
It is currently only possible for you to order if you are resident in France, and choose a French delivery address (excluding DOM-TOM).
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your purchases on our site by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) and also via your PayPal account.
Is online payment secure?
Dapper pays full attention to security issues regarding payment on the Internet. Your bank details are transmitted to our server in an encrypted manner by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and transferred in a totally secure environment to our bank, Banque Populaire. Your bank details only circulate on the Internet in encrypted form. They are coded in such a way as to make them completely unreadable. The security system relies on 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This payment solution is the most used in France for Internet payment.
Why create a customer account?
Your account allows you to view the summary of your orders and modify your personal data (name, e-mail, address etc.). Its access is protected by password. You can also find the history of your orders as well as download your invoices. Creating an account also allows you to save items in your favorite list, in order to find them later. It also allows us to get to know our best customers in order to send them exclusive offers and discount vouchers.
When is my order shipped?
All orders placed before 11:00 am, excluding weekends and public holidays, are prepared the same day, and sent to our carrier at the end of the day or the next morning, to be shipped to you as soon as possible. An e-mail of shipment of your order, worth confirmation, will inform you of the exact delivery times of your package, with a tracking number. You will then be able to follow the details of the delivery on www.colissimo.fr or www.dhl.fr.

You can also opt for in-store pickup which allows you to pick up your order the same day subject to availability.
What delivery methods are offered ?
Once your purchases have been validated, you can choose between a delivery by Colissimo in France (or by DHL depending on the options offered during collection), or by withdrawal in our shop at 8 rue Adrien Dubouché, Limoges during our opening hours (see below).
Regarding the collection in store, we undertake to prepare your order the same day and you will then receive an e-mail confirming that your order is ready. During sales and promotions, which can become very busy for our team, the preparation can be postponed to the next day and we will then notify you by e-mail.
What are the shipping costs?
For any delivery in France above 80 euros, shipping costs are free. Below this amount, we advise you to choose the withdrawal in store if you live locally, or failing that the delivery rates in force of Colissimo or DHL will be applicable.
What are the delivery times?
For our delivery, it normally takes between 2 to 3 working days from the shipment of the package. You are also advised to take into account the specific periods (Christmas, holidays, bridge weekend etc.) that may affect the services of the Post Office, and delay delivery.
What if you have not received your package?
Your package is normally delivered by La Poste in 2 to 3 working days once shipped. If you have not received your Colissimo after 5 days and no notice of passage has been deposited with you: check the situation of your package on www.colissimo.fr or contact us on email@example.com.
What if I want to change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone before shipping your package. Once the email confirming the shipment sent, we will unfortunately not be able to modify your order, and if you wish to modify it you will then have to consider a return / exchange within 15 days of receipt of the package according to our general conditions of sale.
